First off we will arrange an individual quotation based on your requirements. Most customers choose a monthly Window/Conservatory cleaning service but we do also offer a bi-monthly serviuce for only a small extra charge. We always include any UPVC front doors within our quotation.
The first clean is usually a deep clean so can come as a small extra charge but do check our 'news' page for special offers.
We clean the WHOLE window including frames and sills. Windows and Conservatories can be for some people very large home investments and their pride and joy or for some elderly people the closest they get to being outside so why pay someone to drip dirty water onto your window sill and ruin it.
A winter gutter service can save you a fortune by preventing blockages and overflow. We rocommend this performed at the end of Autumn. And last but not least why not give your house a facelift with a cladding clean. You would be surprised at the difference this can make to tired looking exterior UPVC.

Our speciality is in High Reach Cleaning and we look to offer a fully comprehensive exterior cleaning service. Internal Window Cleaning and some other Internal cleaning solutions are also available. Dependant on the specific job requirements we are able to carry out one off cleaning or at regular intervals of Monthly, Quarterly, Annually etc.
We can sometimes undetake minor repairs where neccessary and most definitely can include Fascia Soffit and Cladding cleaning as an additional service to rejuvenate the exterior look of your property. We will attend site for inspection and to carry out a risk assessment and discover your needs. RAMS and PLI can be provided on request. Once site visit is complete we can organise the most suitable method of access and if neccessary can organise powered access systems.
