Who is cleanART group?
We are a Camberley based cleaning company only serving the domestic market. We provide quality domestic help to busy individuals who value their precious free time.

How quickly can you find me a cleaner?
Usually we can find a cleaner for you within just a few days. However, our contractual guarantee to you is to provide your first introduction to your cleaner within five working days. Thereafter, the actual start date will be agreed upon to both you and your cleaners mutual convenience.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaner for any reason?
Simply let cleanART know of your concerns and we will do all we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We have a large database of approved and vetted cleaners, one of whom should meet your needs perfectly.
How do you vet your cleaners?

Very carefully! Every single one of our cleaners is interviewed in their own home. This way we can see for ourselves the cleanliness of their own home. It also gives us an idea of their background and individual circumstances. We conduct an in-depth interview and conduct all relevant ID checks.

Are your cleaners reference checked?
Yes they are. We ask for two past employment references from all our cleaners, and those references have to be excellent before we would allow them on to our database of approved cleaners.

Do you have a minimum number of hours?
Usually the minimum number of hours weekly is two, but we are flexible.

Do you have insurance cover?
Yes. £2 million pounds against the cleaner damaging your property accidently or the cleaner getting injured on your property. Please note, in order to keep our charges at a very competitive rate, there is an excess of £250 on all claims for which you would be responsible. The insurance cover is offered in the event of any major incidents of damage.

Is there a contract to sign?
Yes. Our contract is a rolling monthly agreement and may be cancelled by either party, for any reason, with a months' notice.

Will I get the same cleaner every week?
Yes. You will get the same dedicated cleaner to do your weekly cleaning. That way you will know who is coming into your home each week and your cleaner will be able to work out a routine with you as to what you would like doing on each visit.

Will the cleaner bring equipment and supplies?
No. With the possibility of so many allergies and requirements cleanART decided to use the householders cleaning supplies and equipment. This way pet hair and dander cannot be spread from home to home, bleach or eco-friendly or particular perfumes or no perfumes will always be available.

What tasks will the cleaner normally carry out?
Your cleaner will do all the usual vacuuming, dusting and polishing and will clean the bathrooms and kitchen. They will also clean internal windows if required and most other general household cleaning within your home at your request. By having your own dedicated cleaner you will be able to specify which jobs are done on a weekly basis and which jobs are done on a rotational basis. This way you will receive a service that is tailored to your specific needs.
