It is the management and supervisory roles to ensure that, all customers are visited at regular Intervals, checking the cleaning operatives work, and liaison with our client to ensure that you are completely happy with our service. A report of the Inspection is then sent to our managing director for his Inspection and we also email a copy of the report back to the client.
