Was easy to book on line, I liked the fact I could book a time slot and an accurate quote for exactly what I wanted. Tony arrived exactly on time and got on with the job. In less than two hours my carpets (I have a black collie with cream carpets) looked brilliant and all dog odours were gone. There were no cleaning product odours and Tony was clear on stains that had been difficult to remove and just how long it would all take to dry-which was accurate as well. A first class service and I will definitely be using the company again.
