Our processes ensures we get right to the bottom of the carpet pile, where dirt and particles get trapped.
Dirt, allergen, dust, skin and other particles from deep down in the carpet fibres will benefit everyone in your household.
This will also extend the life of your fibres by reducing wear.
After six months soils start to build up in the fibres this in turn reducing indoor air quality.
Each and every time we walk on rugs and carpets an abrasive action takes place.

Soiling like this builds up over a period of time. Before we notice the carpet is looking greyer and darker.
Regular cleaning will help reduce landfill levels with lower dumped carpet.

We were running a busy cleaning company with frequent requests for carpet and sofa cleaning. At the time the best equipment available was extremely basic in comparison to today's standards. We wanted to do things better, we wanted to deliver a more thorough and detailed deeper clean. Spencer worked really hard on getting cat odour outof our large thick pile rug. We had tried absolutely everything to get rid of the smell but nothing was getting rid of it. I first contacted Spencer as we had an infestation of fleas and I was at my wits end and so hesitant to use chemicals with small children in the house and a very sensitive son. I thought that carpet cleaning may help eradicate the problem, Spencer was very honest and said although it's really good, in his experience the fleas can hide when they hear the vibrations of the machine and suggested that spraying the house myself first would be a better option and then a couple of days later they could come and clean the carpets and get rid of the toxins from the spray.
We stayed away for the weekend and sprayed the house and then Spencer and his colleague have come and cleaned all the carpets and also my two very grubby sofas and rugs, giving me peace of mind that I will have a toxin free home, as the solutions they use are so natural but do the most amazing job! My son also has dust mite allergies so we are hoping that this is really going to improve the air quality in the house.
I can't recommend Spencer and his company enough, they have been so helpful, professional and have completely put my mind at ease and helped me eradicate my flea problem that has caused me so much stress, beautifully clean carpets and sofas, all with no horrible toxic chemicals, and hopefully a little boy that will have less sneezing, thank you so much!

This is the first time we've used Spencer, we've used other local companies and the results have been disappointing. The carpets cleaned have come up better than any other provider removing all the stains we've struggled to deal with over a number of years. This is the third time we've had Spencer out now to clean our living room carpet and we also included our two sofas in the clean. I was so grateful a while ago to have found Natural Carpet Care and Spencer. I had a big problem with moths eating my carpets a while ago. Spencer and his team were extremely helpful in advising me then. I have now had a problem with pile distortion on a new upholstered chair and wanted his advice. I was visited on 19th August 2020 by the representative of Natural Carpet Care to clean my very dirty beige armchair and sofa. Not only was he very polite, friendly and professional, but he managed to do a brilliant clean and I have to say my armchair and sofa have never looked so clean, I have had them for around 15 years and do not remember them ever looking this good! I had booked another company who cancelled ten minutes before the appointment. I came across Spencer by chance, and I am so glad I did. We have oldish carpets in the bedrooms which have been here since we bought the place. When we leave for a while and come back there is always a musty smell. Spencer used a special machine first, one I have never seen before, when he showed me the results I was horrified, the machine collects all strands of hair from the fibers of the carpet, hairs normal vacuuming does not collect.
He then went on to do the clean with water at a very high temperature. The results were amazing. All stains removed and now a very very clean and fresh carpet. All done with a smile and a reasonable price.

I was so delighted to discover this service and see its really fantastic results with my carpets and rugs. As well as cleaning them to an extremely high standard (beyond what I'd hoped), it restored a fresh feel to the house and I now intend to repeat the treatment every few years. It was also great that all natural cleaning products are used – kinder to house, people and pets.

We really are delighted to have found this fantastic company. They honestly deserve more than 5 stars as they really do go the extra mile. I loved the fact there was no smell, no mess whatsoever and the carpets and upholstery were dry in next to no time. An extra plus was that on completion both looked far, far better than I thought was even possible! We would most certainly not go past this firm for any future cleaning.

I have used Spencer on a number of occasions and have always received an exceptional service. Extremely reliable and trustworthy, happy to always give Spencer and his employees a key to leave them to do the job at hand.
