Maid of London's service has been really amazing from the very beginning until the end when we moved out of our flat. My-Linh the manager was always very quick at responding our calls/emails and always tried her best to find the most convenient times and cleaner for us. Angela was our assigned cleaner, she came always on time, was very professional, discreet and always left the flat perfectly cleaned. I have used the Maid of London service for the past 5 years in numerous different houses. They strive to provide best service in all realms with a special attention to customer relations. The cleaners are highly trained, supervisors are called in when training is required in new areas and they can react to short notice. Cannot recommend enough.

My-Linh strives to provide a great service and is always on hand to take feedback and help make adjustments. It took us a few goes to find the right cleaner for us but once My-Linh understood our needs it was a dream.

We opted for Maid of London's premium maid service - really good value service and great support from the admin staff. Overall brilliant agency/cleaner. We are a busy household (we work from home with two young children and a messy Labrador) so we needed a flexible, experienced and pet/child-friendly cleaner. We got more than we asked for! Let me just say that I am very impressed by Diana's hands-on approach in keeping our home clean and in order (as best as she can), she also does all our laundry, ironing and the grocery shopping. I really can't praise her work ethic, manners and results highly enough. Its an absolute pleasure having her help us at home. Thank you.

We have been using Maid of London for the past year or so and we have been EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE CLEANERS and the service in general. Our cleaner attends once a week and we are so thankful to have her. She is meticulous in all her tasks and really does go above and beyond her duties. Its the little things that matter to us, as my wife and I are both working professionals and to receive that extra help makes all the difference.

We've had nothing but positive experience using this agency. I found Maid of London on Google and decided to hire their housekeeping services based on their reviews! Our housekeeper whos been with us since late 2018 is absolutely fantastic - she's very thorough and hardworking, shes got the keys to our home, we trust her and depend on her! A really nice person to have around the house. the kids love her.

Their customer service is very good and helpful - I am in direct contact (via mobile) with our account manager. Our housekeeper is usually away during the summer and the agency arranges replacement cleaner to cover, who has been equally nice and delivered an amazing service. I have used many cleaning agencies including the big booking platforms like Handy, Housekeep, Helpling etc. and Maid of London is by far a company that (in my experience) genuinely cares about its customers and cleaners. Its evident throughout the service. The admin staff respond swiftly and they always follow up with feedback on the cleaning service. Our cleaner Teresa is brilliant. She quietly works through all the mess and clutter and even tidies up my children's toys.

FANTASTIC SERVICE - RELIABLE & 100% TRUSTWORTHY! We have been using Maid of London for approximately 20 months, our housekeepers does 19-21 hours a week. The service has always been punctual, the agency has always supplied us with exceptionally good housekeepers even when we've had temporary cover or needed the extra help particularly when we have my parents over during the kids school holidays!

We usually deal with Mylin from the agency's office and she always goes beyond in making sure that we are happy with our housekeeper. The housekeepers are very reliable and nice to have around the house. On the odd occasions that our housekeeper is running late or unwell we are immediately informed with a replacement cover booked for later in the afternoon or next day.

That's VERY impressive! The quality of ironing and laundry (unlike our other cleaning agencies we've had in the past) is by far the best we've had. My husband is very particular about his work shirts. The children's clothes are nicely organised and put away in the correct place - I can't tell you how helpful that is! The attention to detail when cleaning and the willingness from our present housekeeper is just AMAZING!

Every item is moved, dusted, cleaned and put back in its right place. Finally, we are very careful about who we let into our home, so trust is absolutely paramount for us - I CAN TELL YOU WE HAVE HAD NO TRUST ISSUES WHATSOEVER WITH MAID OF LONDON despite using a few of their housekeepers and almost always they are left alone at our home! I would highly recommend this agency's premium cleaning services!

Highly recommended! We've used many cleaning agencies in the past but I can honestly say that Maid of London are so far delivering a wonderful service! Our cleaning lady (MS) comes twice a week and she's punctual, very thorough in her cleaning and every so often she helps us with the household shopping and other small errands. Veramente ottimo! Outstanding cleaning services! Good customer support. Any queries I've had they've responded quickly. On the first visit I met the supervisor who introduced me to my cleaner, this was nice as the last agency I used they sent me inexperienced cleaners with very little to no English so having Maid of London turn up with their supervisor and an English speaking cleaner was a breath of fresh air. 4 months into our weekly cleaning service my flat is clean, tidy, my shirts are ironed, my weekly grocery is received and packed away and my plants are watered, this is impressive (bravo Christina)!

We were clear about what we wanted from day one - an experienced housekeeper to keep our home in order. We were convinced we needed to hire a premium housekeeper at a rate of 13.75/hr as opposed to the basic rate of 10.00/hr, which we gladly did. The service was nowhere near this - we had to send on a weekly basis photos of things that went wrong - drycleaning put in the washing machine, empty rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms, etc. After raising issue after issue we were simply told our cleaner would not be returning and that they didn't have anyone else for us. Overall it was a let down.

I had moved into my first house and knew i would need a reliable home cleaning service.
