I have used their services now for over 3 years and found the cleaner to be excellent. She uses her own initiative each week as to what needs cleaning, naturally many things are standard weekly but cleaning out cupboards, microwave, insides of windows etc are not needed weekly. Susan is very reliable and if needs to change the day then it always agreed between us and if unable to then Belle Casa will provide a temporary clean if requested but very rarely needed. Thank you Susan and Belle Casa and I have recommended you to several friends over the last couple of years.

I have now been with this company nearly 4 years. I have had to change a housekeeper recently (Eastern European) who was excellent, as she returned back to her own country. The office introduced a new housekeeper before Cheryl returned to her home and am just as pleased with my new housekeeper. A professional service and I feel safe in the knowledge that the housekeeper is fully insured in my home. I couldn't recommend more highly.

I used to work for Belle Casa and my experiences have been great. They provided me the clients and addresses and I contacted the clients to arrange the cleaning times with them. I am disappointed that everyone here gives such bad reviews, it is not Belle Casas fault if a cleaner doesn't show up, this is the cleaners responsibility, but Belle Casa will always try to seek a replacement cleaner so the work can be done. That should definitely be appreciated.

Used this company for three months, a pain to sign up with, require you to print documents to sign them which is tricky if you dont have a printer, wont take digital signatures, dont use PDFs, really antiquated. You have to pay 3.25 per hour to them quarterly in advance to provide you a cleaner, then 8.25 per hour to the cleaner.( in cash- which is also a pain as you have to then get cash out all the time), main issues were with the cleaners. 1st never got in touch then never started, so they found a 2nd, that cleaner was fine but wasnt available the days we had asked so couldnt ever do weekends or end of week, 3rd cleaner told me they would be half hour late then never turned up- told me four hours later they werent coming and could they reschedule- tried to reschedule and didnt hear from them again- three days later i tried to cancel my services.
Management company refused to refund the prepaid charges because a months notice was required to cancel- even though the cause of the cancellation was the dreadful service they were delivering. I would not recommend this company, customer service is not good, and once you pay them thats it, you are locked in and no matter how bad the service you arent getting your money back.

Although Initial our Housekeeper was not Ideal, the office team immediately allocated a replacement housekeeper that suited us much better as and almost part of the family now after 3 years with us. The office is always quick to respond and a personal approach is always provided. I would certainly recommend their services.

Nasty charges! Some good and some bad cleaners and if you accidentally forget to cancel your standing order they charge you 27.50 before sending the balance of the payment back. This is apparently 'in the contract' but it's still in my view harsh and potential customers should be warned and I would suggest insisting this part of the contract is amended before signing - because they will use it! Alternatively find a good local independent cleaner.

I would give this company zero stars. They sent me a flaky cleaner who wouldn't show up and then ended up losing the key to my house which I then had to pay to replace. Company kept my money for the missed cleaning sessions because according to them I was in a contract. How are they billing me when their cleaner no showed?! Total scam.

Teresa is the best cleaner we have ever had. She is a very hard working and very conscientious. She notices when things need doing and is very willing to tackle anything. I only mentioned that the airing cupboard was untidy and she sorted it. She is also very thoughtful - she left us bread, milk and eggs on our return from holiday. I have never known as cleaner do that. Please reward her so she doesn't leave!!

Hannah is one of those people that really pays attention to detail, and will spot literally anything that needs cleaning and deal with it with great determination! We know when we come home after Hannah's been, the place will be spotless and beautiful, and our spirits will be instantly lifted, and we'll feel as though we can properly relax. Some cleaners do the bare minimum, but Hannah takes pride in providing a great service, and we hugely appreciate her for this.
