Quoted to include scotch guard- then didn't bring it, made me call the office who denied we'd requested. Then charged for inclusion. When challenged insisted he charged as he was waiting for us to book in to have the carpet scotch guarded (?) at which point he then admitted it was included. I've also just checked in more detail and found debris under one of beds so it hasn't even been cleaned. And had to point out general stains that needed cleaning after. Waste of time money and added stress. Give this service a miss
