Fibrecare was established in 1990 by 2 brothers Nigel and Simon Quanstrom. Originally we offered a comprehensive specialist mobile Cleaning service including Carpet, Upholstery, Oriental Rug, Curtain and Mattress Cleaning, Insect treatment and Stain Guarding to Commercial and Domestic Customers.It has Always been important to keep improving our service, so in 1992 we joined the National Carpet cleaning association, this gave us access to Quality training in all aspects of our chosen industry.
In 1996 we decided to add Fire and Flood restoration services to our portfolio of services.
Also in 1996 Fibrecare opened an Oriental rug cleaning factory. Oriental rugs can be picked up, deep cleaned and re-delivered to your home ensuring that your prised possessions are kept in an as new condition without the upheaval of cleaning on site.
In 2005 we opened a specialist dry cleaning and laundry cleaning facility, where we offer a comprehensive Dry cleaning and Laundry service including suits, curtains, wedding dresses, sheets and duvets, in fact we can clean almost anything.
All our employees are directly employed, CRB checked and to this day have been cirtificated by the NCCA to show they are proficient intheir work, May of our employees have also completed NVQ's in customer service and supervising.

You have to give a lot of thought before deciding whether to have curtain Cleaning carried out. Not only do you have to bear the cost of Curtain Cleaning, but have the inconvenience of having them taken down, removed from the premises and cleaned. This can, sometimes take weeks to do. Which means lost earnings if you are a hotel, guest house or conference centre and loss of privacy if it's your front room.

I found this company very professional the staff were very helpful I had two settees cleaned in my home and I am more than pleased with the result would most definitely recommend this company I wish I could add more stars for they certainly deserve them my settees look like new again thank you all for the service you gave me from the office staff to the young man who did the job

Did a fantastic job on my very dirty wedding dress which had previously been used in photo shoots and was a right mess. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have something dry cleaned. Put me at ease as I was worried about it becoming more damaged than it all ready was and held on to it for me until I was ready to pick it up. Thank you Fibre care

Stuart was Fantastic - he cleaned 2 very dirty natural linen coloured sofas - when he'd finished they looked Amazing - I couldn't believe it; He is so lovely, friendly, considerate and worked really hard. Very pleased to have discovered this company and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them.

Stuart came to clean my sofa, armchair and footstool. He did an absolutely amazing job, he spent a lot of time and care working away to remove the stains and it came up so wonderfully. We booked Fibrecare to clean 2 sofas, when booking i was assured that they were able to do the sofa - no problem. This wasn't the case, they were unable to remove all of the stains, once half way through the clean, we had to sign a disclaimer just in case the fabric puckered, we were not impressed, I am unsure if I would use them again.

We are a small Guesthouse in Eastbourne and have been using Fibrecare for nearly a year now. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. We have come to rely on their professionalism and reliability. When we have needed our laundry back quickly they have done their best to help us, and always return laundry in an excellent condition. (Just be aware that buttons on duvets may break in the hot wash.) They will take items back if there is a stubborn mark that needs extra attention, and the friendly staff are always willing to help in any way.
When we close we are able to let Fibrecare know and we don't have to pay extra costs like other companies charge. We are more than happy with their service - thank you Fibrecare.

I had my wedding dress cleaned here, and was really happy with the result. The staff were helpful, and the dress was cleaned more quickly than they estimated. It looks as good as new! I hadn't been able to find a review online beforehand, so I hoped for the best and I had nothing to worry about. I'd use them again.

I was so pleased with his service, he was a pleasant young man, efficient and comfortable to have him in my home as I am an older person who lives alone. Raul came to the house on Thursday and did an excellent job. He was very professional and spent time going through everything with me including additional options which we discussed. He was well presented, very polite and friendly throughout, particularly as he spent most of the day working on my carpets and sofas. Raul Lopez came to the house this am to sort out a black ballpoint pen ink stain on a cream carpet, and some water marks in other bedrooms. Amazed that the ink came out as well as it did, the carpet looks great. Very friendly professional service and were able to come and see us within 24 hrs. Would defo recommend. 2nd time we have used this company.
