Barry was the main point of contact to organise the clean up and repair of a heating oil leak at our property. He organised with OFL to repair and dig out the oil leak in the property then organised the cleaning of all soft furnishings that were tainted with the smell of oil. Barry was easy to get hold of and responded to emails promptly. All the team we met during the clean up were very polite and efficient. All the work was done to a high standard. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are absolute wizard or maybe artisans at what they do. Have an absolutely beautiful and expensive Turkish rug, that a lady friend had a accident on ( monthly kind) anway enough of that. Saw a YouTube video of one there people cleaning a similar rug and he was so wonderfully gently thorough and the result looked incredible. So sent my rug to them and MAN that was the best decision I've made in a long while. So pleased couldn't recommend these more highly.

I can highly recommend this amazing company who provide an outstanding service, they are reliable, professional and very helpful. I have used them for 10 years now for a variety of tasks and have never been disappointed. I would like to say many thanks for doing such a great job in making the clinic look amazing again with all the carpets cleaned by the team. They look like new especially with all the traffic they get.

Absolutely brilliant service, booked my visit with Troy, for Aled to carry out the carpet cleaning, they happened to have a cancellation the next day which was perfect timing. I thought I would have to spend thousands to replace all the carpets in my rental house when previous tenants left it in a complete mess, however they have come up like new, aside from a few small stains that were left untreated too long. I couldn’t be happier, highly recommend these guys, I wish all tradespeople were this good at their job!

Had my rug cleaned with this amazing company some months back. Over the Christmas period a glass of red wine was spilled on it... it’s teal in colour... can you just imagine the purple stain...
Luckily I took their advice and had it Scotch Guarded.
Rug is as good as new once again. An extra £20 well worth spent. Thanks Red Dragon once again.

Sentimentally attached to a rug we bought many years ago, I was reluctant to throw it away. It has taken a beating from children, dogs, workmen etc - so was well stained, but I still couldn't do it. Troy at Red Dragon said he would try and restore it - and WOW - the result is astounding. I am SO glad I went to the BEST COMPANY for rug cleaning and restoration. This is a company with integrity - and I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have carpets and rugs restored.

An excellent service from first point of contact to completion of service. Lounge , landing and stair carpet cleaned thoroughly leaving them virtually dry and looking like new.
