Avoid! I wish I could give 0. Absolutely disgusting. Modern slavery on high level! Money might sound good but you get like 20-25h a week and try to survive from that. Funny actually. They don't care about the people at all just get the work done as soon as possible and get out. That's not important that you can't move after each day because you have to work fast and hard in just few hours for that little money.
You won't have life if you work for this company. Don't even dream about saving money. Worked for them about 3 months and I got older 10 years. Don't even get me started how the manager talking to her staff. Just avoid this company.

I used to work 2 weeks for you at Holiday Inn Expree in Chingford, but i had a very experience, first they are treat us like slaves, even if we're starters in first 2 weeks I was told everyday that I m slow! AMAZING! For 11 days of work, most of days working 6 or hours per day, I have been paid with 290 and for 11 days I think I have earned some hours of holiday, but paid nothing! I advise people to not work here!

I have worked here for 5 years, happy in my job, my life was absolutely perfect that was until 6 months ago we got a new housekeeping manager who treats us girls like something on the bottom of her shoe, she has destroyed my relationship with what she called ( just a joke ) tell that to my kids and has made my anxiety 1000 times worse, im now back on full whack anxiety and depression medication ive reported her I have appealed and nothing has changed, she would rather lose me and the girls instead of making a heartfelt apology her behaviour when the area manager comes was that of a sulky teenager when asked how she felt if I was to leave left everyone speechless she said well if I want to leave then I should leave I told the area manager I would give her till after Christmas but if anything things are worse i am intimidated and bullied constantly im on holiday at the moment but dreading going back to a unsafe nasty workplace on Tuesday, ,, my dream job is now a nightmare yet Im made to work in these conditions, , I don't get listened to it just gets brushed under the carpet my work girls have said if I leave then they will leave to as they can't work there like that, something really needs to be done instead of not caring, yet they promote mental wellbeing but don't give a c**p about my mental health

Lack of organisation, high turnover of staff, failure to pay wages and unwilling to rectify payroll mistakes within a reasonable timescale. When my partner then refused to work until the outstanding wages were paid, her line manager refused to allow her to work at her assigned location. HR failed to investigate this issue or the payroll issue and her contract was terminated.
They also failed to provide payslips which is in breach of UK employment law. Don't ask to discuss this, you had the opportunity to look after a good and hardworking employee but you failed miserably.

Decent company to work for. The pay for staff especially under the age for 25 is decent if for a student or weekend work as well. Ive worked for the company for 7 years now and will continue to do so. The hotels and family environment that i come to work daily is excellent bond that we all have the head housekeepers and management make. Staff meeting are very good with benefits of employee of the month/gifts and training to support us to do our daily jobs as cleaners. Time of working is the best part for me as its part time from 9 till 2pm so i can get all what i need to do after and if defiantly a job for mothers with children at school.
